This is is faithful to @slusarz original implementation, no new functionality.
Deprecated aspects have NOT been ported.
This should be the version of Imap Client we can base IMAP4v2 support #39 and other modern features on, using an API modern PHP developers feel right at home with.
We will not start using this in IMP & Friends "tomorrow".
